&lt;p&gt;I had discovered the second last point about Search usages report by an accident. For whatever reasons, the broweser could not submit to the web-service and throw an JavaScript error, which led me to this disovery, &amp;nbsp;Since, I had to use custom search via SDK, I copied the same JavaScript code to have my results rated&lt;/p&gt;
