Is there a typo in Step 3 of the Alternate Method?

3. Run donnetfx36setup.exe as ‘ADMINISTRATOR’ to complete the install.

Should this reference dotnetfx35setup.exe instead of 36?

when I go to Control Panel | Windows Features I see lots of options, incl .net 3.5.1 but nothing for 3.5. where is it???

After complete installation .net Framework 3.5, I still receive Request .net 3.5 when try to install SQL 2008 Developer Edition.

Trying install .net Framework 3.5 SP1 will receive Don't Send Error.
