WEBCAST FOLLOW UP: Adding Mapping Capabilities to your Applications with Virtual Earth & ASP.NET AJAX (MARCH)

UPDATE: Changed the url for the collections sharing site to the official Windows Live site.  Thanks Rob!

UPDATE2: All of our webcasts are recorded.  You can get to the recording by clicking the original registration link of any webcast.  The recording for this particular webcast is at http://msevents.microsoft.com/CUI/EventDetail.aspx?EventID=1032331002.

Here's the updated deck and code.  Many folks asked about support for mobile devices.  Although we don't have an API/SDK for mobile devices yet, we do have a nice consumer app which works on both Java and Windows Mobile based phones.  More details here.

Also, Kevin Adler from the Public Sector Virtual Earth team asked that I share the following urls:

I've also added the above links to my deck.

Great presentation. And, thanks alot for the plug!

I just have to ask, why don't you guys record these webcasts and then offer them for future viewing via the web? This is some really great content that I'm sure others (those who couldn't attend because they didn't have time or just didn't know about it) would like to view.

Chris,

Thanks for building the control!  All of our webcasts are recorded.  If you go to the original registration url, you can get to the recording.  I will make it a habit to remind folks of that in the future.

How long does it usually take for the recording to make it up on the site?

It doesn't seem that the link for "deck and code" is working.
