Free Utility: Web.Config Editor with a great UI
If you are like me, you hate hand editing HTML and XML! But unfortunately, as a .NET Developer you often find yourself doing it, and if for no other reason, you have to do it for parts of the Web.Config and Application.Config files. 
Well today, I finally got fed up and said to myself: "Self, there has to be a free/low cost Web.Config Editor on the market" and low and behold I found a really, really nice one. It's called ASPhere, and I've been playing with it for a couple of hours and I must say that I am impressed with its ease of use.
Again, I've only played with it a couple of hours, so I this may be premature, but I say download it! The price is right (Free) and the value is major, from a time perspective!
