I already installed NET Framework 3.5 as asked, but can't find &amp;quot;Expression Web 2&amp;quot;. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I found the answer.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It seems that you have to click on &amp;quot;Estimated Download Time&amp;quot; button and click on the type of modem you have and THEN click on download (again).&lt;/p&gt;
