Social Bookmarking

Quite often I have encountered blog entries lately where I see the following social bookmarking links in the end of the post...

Share this post: Email it! | bookmark it! | digg it! | reddit!| kick it!

Once you click on any one of them you will be taken to that website and your blog details will be listed there since the details is being passed via Querystring.

I have a feeling that it is an automated stuff. Does anyone know how we can incorporate this in our own blog entries? I mean, what would be the easiest way to do it?
