In this project the Holds feature is very important. If a file is on hold there is the possibility to view a hold report, the strange think about this report that it does not include the meta-data and the audit information of the files that are “On Hold”. To find out what has happened with the file (for example; who has approved the document) I need to go to the “Audit History” folder and in that folder I need to open an .xml file. Not very user friendly.

Will there be a better reporting mechanism when the product gets finished?

Is this the correct way to use the Records Center feature?

Is the philosophy of MS that partners should create these kinds of functions on top of the Records Center?
