In case you were looking for the SQL Server 2005 Metadata Toolkit...

This cool toolkit went AWOL from the Download Center some time ago and has been hiding on Skydrive for a while now, but it seemed to me that it deserves a better home than that... So I created a resource page for it in the MSDN Code Gallery.

The current release for SQL Server 2005 is there, including the MSI and the whitepaper.

Now that it's in community project land, it needs some lovin' to bring it up to spec for SQL Server 2008, and if you'd like to volunteer, I'd be happy to set you up to do that!
