First anniversary at Microsoft!

Today, I celebrated my first anniversary working for Microsoft! I can tell you that it has been the most wonderful of all experiences - as they say here in Microsoft - its like "drinking from fire hose" as you settle down in your new role!

The interview process for any technical position in Microsoft is very thorough & comprehensive - you go through several rounds of tough technical interviews crafted to test your design & creative skills - but at the end of the day - you feel good about yourself having passed one of the most difficult interview process that you would ever face in your lifetime!

And if you thought that you've done the hard yards having passed the interview, you are in for a big surprise! The first 6 months at Microsoft could be daunting & overwhelming but always full of excitement - you meet the most passionate folks in the industry and its simply awesome!
