New Visual Studio Team System Community Preview... coming soon
At TechEd Europe this year I had the pleasure of spending most of my time on the Visual Studio Team System Ask the Experts stand. As we handed out the first VSTS beta bits there we were predicting a new community preview sometime in August/September. The good news is that according to Rick LaPlante's WebLog we should be seeing the next community preview of VSTS pretty soon.
"I’m excited to say that today we signed off on the the last few issues and started the release process for the next Community Technology Preview. You should be able to get the bits off of MSDN later this week."
If you haven't had a chance to look at it yet, this would be the perfect opportunity as it will contain the first sightings of the Foundation Server and will match the Whidby beta 1 versions. Keep an eye on http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/teamsystem/
