It's been a while since I posted anything and since I have started getting mails asking if I am still alive I thought I would update y'all on what's been going on recently over here in Indigo land.

We've had a very busy last few months as we begin the process of opening Indigo up to our early adopter partners and driving the product towards Beta1 (released in the 2nd quarter of 2005).

We've run an SDR (Software Design Review) event where we invite a host of customers, ISV's, partners and internal folks to hear in detail what Indigo is and how it works. We spent 3 days burrowing down through Indigo and pounding on pre-alpha bits. The event was an enormous success and we gathered a mountain of valuable data from the attendees to help is direct our efforts to ensure that Indigo provides the features that you will all expect.

We've also run an ITPro oriented day where we briefed the attendees on Indigo (sans all the code/dev oriented stuff) and then worked through a bunch of labs that had them reconfiguring Indigo to support new networking protocols (without changing any app code!) and enabling system and message tracing. We gathered a host of valuable information from the perspectives of ITPros and are working to digest this data most effectively.

In the meantime, we've been iterating on the guidance and performance papers and hope to have them published on MSDN pretty soon.

Is there any possibility to access to that Indigo early version?, and the labs?
