Roberto joined Microsoft EMEA HQ in 2005 as Senior Consultant focused on Dynamics CRM Solution. In 2006 he joined the Italian Business Applications Practice in MCS and after few months he increased his responsibilities to become Principal Consultant in FY07 and then Resource Practice Manager in FY08 with the responsibility to lead the Business Applications Practice. Currently Roberto covers the role of Service Line Lead for Business Productivity (Enterprise Portal & Collaboration, Enterprise Search, Unified Communications, ...) and Business Applications (CRM and ERP). Before join Microsoft, Roberto worked for several years in SAP as Practice Manager of the CRM Practice in the Services Division. His first job experience was for an Italian System Integrator focused on Oracle Applications and Business Objects. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Enrica and with his two children Riccardo and Pietro, he likes football (Inter), reading and playing with his XBOX.
