Conversations with the Communications Sector

Rob Cameron, Dev Evangelist
Developing for Windows Vista Media Center Live Meeting WebCast

I recently delivered a Live Meeting WebCast for Communications Sector customers.  The presentation consists of three parts.  In the first part I provided an overview of Windows Media Center featuring my Media Center setup at home.  (My wife is going to kill me for the pictures from our house:-)).  In the second part I briefly cover design considerations when building applications for the 10 foot experience that is typical in Media Center environments.  Finally in the third part of the presentation I cover the three application development models available when developing for Windows Vista Media Center: Hosted HTML Applications, Media Center Presentation Layer Applications, and hosted XAML Browser Applications.  A link to the Live Meeting WebCast is available here.
