Hi, Rob. Just wanted to add my two cents here. I've been using GoDaddy for a while and although they don't give you as much control as the DiscountASP guys, they are less expensive. I did a 3-part post to my blog about how to set up a web app with them using IIS 7. I thought maybe your users would find it useful info as well...
