Unhandled exception after completing Team Foundation Server (services) setup
As noted in the online version of the Team Foundation Server Beta 3 Readme (it didn’t make it into the “on-disc” readme), you will encounter an unhandled exception (‘System.IO.FileNotFoundException’) in CoverAn.exe (Code Coverage Analysis Service) after completing Team Foundation Server (services) setup. What is missing from the readme item is that you should just click No when this appears:

2.7 Code Coverage Analysis Service (coveran) causes Watson error during setup
The Code Coverage Analysis Service fails to start due to a FileNotFoundException error that occurs during Team Foundation Server (Services) setup. This error is reported as a Watson error in the event log.
To resolve this issue
None. After setup has completed, the Code Coverage Analysis Service can start successfully.
