Is there a place available where i can look for any installation issues? I am getting the following error and not sure how to proceed further...

And the event log has :-
Failed to update cache entry for <sid> with 10 retries. System.DirectoryServices.ActiveDirectory.ActiveDirectoryServerDownException: The server is not operational.

Name: <netbios name for domain>
---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x8007203A): The server is not operational.
