Here’s a summary of my findings: You can use Visual Studio 2005 to compile your application and specify that it should run on a 64-bit

re: Team System 64-Bit Support

That is a bit lame, isn't it? After all, it seems that TFS is all build on .Net 2.0, which should make 64 bit support relativly straight forward... Can you definitley say it doesn't work, ie has anyone tried and failed, or is it just that you will not officially support/test it?

re: Team System 64-Bit Support

Just what I wrote, "...due to resource constraints, we are not able to provide full test coverage for this scenario in time for RTM." I haven't tried it yet myself, so I won't guess if it will or won't, but in _theory_ I think it would.

re: Team System 64-Bit Support

For the secocnd bulletpoint, would you please clarify two points:

1. Microsoft are really pushing the x64 thing, and Team system. Yet you can't install and run Team server on x64? This is getting annoying: we first found that the release version won't install on the domain controller, so we buy a new machine and set it up with x64, only to find it won't work on there either!

Ah well, time to install good ol' 32-bit server. It'll be a couple of years before we try x64 again!

64 Bits Support

Cómo muchos sabrán encontrarnos con equipos de 64 bits en las empresas se ha vuelto común y existen muchas
