Feedback on LinkedIn Social Network

This is just on experiment based on the book I mentioned below, but this is the game: pls, give me any feedback on what do you think about Social Networking (as LinkedIn or other like Nexus)! Do you think could be a good idea to merge this theory with intranet design?
