Speech API beta RC work-arounds

Summarising a few issues/questions that were discussed in newsgroups: Q: A sample app would be really useful. A: I hear you. I'll see what I can do :-) Q: The namespace is "System.Speech" but I can't see it when I try to add a reference to the project.
