RP utilities?

Wow - it's been too long since I posted to this thing...what a slacker I am...  trust me, I was hard at work on SP1 :)

A few folks have asked me recently about the possibility of some extra tools and utilities for Response Point.  I must confess I always had a soft spot for the Win 95 and NT4 resource kit utilities back in the day when I used to do that sort of stuff on a regular basis (hmmm... I'm showing my age, but I found that if if I cut my hair really short it doesn't look so grey...BTW, robocopy was my favourite, and I still use it).  If there was one handy script or utility you could have for RP, what would it be?  Yeah, you know the deal: insert regular caveat about I'm not promising anything, just interested to hear people's thoughts, etc, etc.

I would like to see a utility to allow us to configure the IP addressing. I would like to manually assign it an IP instead of forced into DHCP.

I would also like to see a utility that allows us to configure a way to prioritize which lines to call out on, and/or maybe a way for the user to choose the line that they want to call out from on the handset itself when they make a call.

While I'm at it, another neat feature/utility, would be the ability to email somebody the monthly calling log/history at the end of each month for review.

Finally, this is more of a "limitation" but, since the gateway/base unit on the Dlink hardware seems to only handle ten digits, whenever a caller calls in on a provider that adds a 1 prefix to the number, if the number they are calling from is 303-659-0993, then all that shows up in the log is (1303659099) and then that leaves us guessing as to what number to call back.

Other than that, this is an awesome product that truly is turnkey and has most every feature your target market could want!  Highly recommend it and great job with the Voice Recognition!
