Servers are taking over my office!
In preparation for my "Enterprise Mobility in Action" booth at MEDC 2007 and Tech Ed, I have 27 servers in my office that I need to build out. I've also taken over Tomas Vetrovsky's old office in my quest to fill a 42u rack with servers, switches, kvm's, and such. The end result of my labor will be a highly scalable 4-Tier Merge Replication architecture to sync enterprise data between SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition running on Windows Mobile devices.
Stay tuned and follow my progress as I piece together my portable data center. Along the way, you too will learn what it takes to build a sync infrastructure capable of supporting thousands of Windows Mobile devices.
