Rodney Jackson's SCCM 2007 Case Studies Blog
This blog is intended to communicate to those who attend the Microsoft Management Summit (MMS) session titled, "SCCM 911 Cases Studies" every year. Due to the amount of information that was delivered in this session, this blog will serve as a follow up. In addition, I will periodically pass on common issues we encounter with SCCM 2007. I’m currently a Senior Premier Field Engineer in the Premier Field Engineering Group in Charlotte, NC and have been with Microsoft for 10 1/2 years. I have supported System Management Server since coming to Microsoft in 1997. The following is a summary of my contributions while at Microsoft:
Member of Premier Support 1997-2000
Joined Premier Alliance Team in 2000 as a dedicated engineer for General Electric
Provided consulting for well over 250 companies which has included on-site ROSS visits, Supportability Reviews, Presentations and Ad-hoc SMS reviews.
Created SMS 2003 Concepts and Administration class for National Premier Workshop Offerings.
Delivered 12-15 workshops on System Management Server 2003 and 2.0.
Presenter at 2006 ,2007, 2008 Microsoft Management Summit
