MS Biggest Loser - Under the Ton!!!
Week #2 in our "blackout" period, designed to increase the surprise of the Grand Finale in 2 weeks time. Even so I can't help but declare this week's weigh-in. Y'see I'm "under the ton!" I've hit my first goal, that of getting under 100kg.
This morning I had a "Goals Session" with my personal training, and smashed all of my goals: Weight, Blood Pressure, Pushups, Flexibility, Measurements (10cm off my chest) and the "dreaded" beep test.
Another 2 weeks then to see whether my consistent, and slow but steady loss, will conquer the massive, but ad hoc losses of the others.
