Quick, Cool and useful Twitter App in my blog with Popfly!
Finally I managed to get my twitter status onto my MSDN blog! YAY!
If you take a look at the left side of my blog, a little below after the tags, you can see my twitter status like like this:
I made it using Popfly! I dragged and dropped a Twitter block and a News Reader block onto a new mash up and saved it as a new project "TwitterStatusForBlog". I also put in a timer block so that the twitter block will update itself every 5 seconds
Then I clicked the share option on my saved project
and popfly gave me a Mashout option
I selected the "Embed It" option and it gave me an iframe tag
and I copied it to my blog....
And Voilà! I have my Twitter status on my blog!
The best thing is, I can keep changing my Popfly app in my popfly and my blog will update itself :-)
How's that for a quick, cool and very useful Twitter App - Powered by Popfly! :-P
