James writes in his blog about IE and some feature requests... Well a while ago I found this little app, MyIE2, which is basically a simple little application that uses the IE ActiveX control. It includes tabbing, and other features. It's a nice little utility.

I don't know much about MyIE2 but Avant Browser (http://www.avantbrowser.com/) is built off IE and offers popup blocking, multiple tabs, and some navigation "gestures" (to go back, right then left pick, etc.)

Overall it seems like its a good program.
