Did you know... The Ctrl+D Window does a Quick Find in the current document? - #012

Ctrl-D Window (a combo box on the command bar)The Ctrl+D Window is another way of doing a Quick Find with the scope limited to the current document. 

Press Ctrl+D to reach the Find Combo Window.  Now, type whatever search string and press Enter to do a forward search or Shift + Enter to do a reverse search.

1. Mouse over the toolbars and right-click to bring up the context menu

2.  Make sure Standard is checked

3.  Click on the button at the very end of the Standard toolbar.  It has an upside down triangle and a small line above it.  (each toolbar will have one of the these at the end).  Let me know if you want me to post a picture.

4.  Click on "Add or Remove buttons"

5.  Click Standard

6.  Select "Find" - this is the name of the search combo.  you will immediately see it added.

I have a tip in the queue that talks about how to customize the toolbar, so when that goes live, i'll link to it from this post.
