Did you know… you can reevaluate expressions in the QuickWatch window - #305

In the QuickWatch window, you can use the Expression combo box to type in an expression. Then press Reevaluate to calculate the expression.

Pressing Reevaluate sets the new values of msg, as shown below.

in vs2005 you can directly edit the value column entry as well and then use enter to update the item.  I am pretty sure that 2008 also works this way, but I dont have it so I cant test :(.

But, the clicks vs keystrokes count may not make my way any faster than what you are showing above.
