&lt;p&gt;You can put the 'Track Active Item' command on your toolbar (by customizing the toolbar...I think this is under View command perhaps I forget).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I typically leave it off, but when I want to sync the Solution explorer, I just click the button (which syncs) and then click again to turn it back off.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item><item><title>re: Did you know...
