&lt;p&gt;As far as this last tip and remembering msinfo32? &amp;nbsp;Well myself coming from a DOS background it's pretty easy to remember winmsd. &amp;nbsp;Strangely start-&amp;gt;run...-&amp;gt;msinfo32 doesn't work on my XP SP3 system and looks like it's been replaced by&lt;/p&gt;
