Definitely a big leap in terms of visualizing most abstract concepts and rules.
Model based development is nothing new (since everyone uses models, mostly mental ones), but giving those models a face, a touch where we can attach our own associations and thoughts to, is definitely a breakthrough in productivity and quality.
Go ahead. It's the right way.

Hello and Good Evening.

I have been learning Microsoft CRM in my company (which is a small and medium business company).

I am very exited about this software as the matter of fact that CRM is extremely a new field for me. My background is Junior Network Professional. I am a student and I have been in the Information Technology field since 5 years.

Here are a couple of things I would like to ping to you:

1.) Help and Support:

While installing Microsoft CRM software (latest being 3.0), I noticed that it works as a charm.

But what dissapointed me is it lacks Support.

I understand that Microsoft CRM 3.0 is a new software but Microsoft is always known for its Help and Support.

I hope Microsoft enhances its support in the CRM area.

2.) Help Desk:

There is no 24/7 number for Microsoft CRM. What if the company uses this software for business critical applications and suddenly they need support for this software which is not documented.

Since I am studying here in Australia, it is really awful to know that there is no 24/7 support for this software.

3.) Confused Architecture:

On the CRM website, all I could see is using CRM software with Exchange server and Using CRM software in a cluster environment.

After searching on the Microsoft's website, I couldnt find any steps or recommendations for installing Microsoft CRM software on a standalone server or machine.

Anyway these are just some suggestions from my side.

As for starters it would become more easy to install and deploy the Microsoft CRM software.
