VS 2005 uses the attached XSD for search filter files. There are a few things to notice.

1. It contains an optional _LocID attribute on filter name element. It is used internally by Microsoft's localization team. It has no significance as far as Search is concerned.

2. The TocInclude element in the local filter meaning is not used and might be removed in next versions.

3. This xsd only works for 8.0 version for VS/Document Explorer. We can break it in next versions.
