Updated Toolkit (for AJAX RC) released on a windy day in Seattle

Anyway, the ASP.NET AJAX team released the ASP.NET AJAX Extensions Release Candidate yesterday, and we've got a matching Toolkit build up as well.

We've been pretty busy keeping up with the AJAX schedule so we haven't had a new controls release in a while.  We're working on fixing that and hope to have a "real" release with new controls out soon.  There are some great new controls in our Dev branch that are pretty much ready to go, so getting those out is our next priority.
