OSI Approves Microsoft Shared Source Licenses

On Friday, the OSI approved two of Microsoft's Shared Source licenses , saying that these licenses satisfied the 10 criteria of Open Sourciness . As part of the approval, the community suggested we rename the licenses to better reflect their meaning,
