Thank you, Bill, for building such an amazing company to work for.  In fact, it's difficult for me to refer to it as "work" when you get paid to do something you love.  Microsoft has provided me incredible challenges, amazing opportunities, and lifelong friendships.  For the past 10+ years, it has truly been my honor to say (with great pride) ... "I work for Microsoft."
