&lt;p&gt;Unable to deliver your text sent to remote user. Remote enterprise user is unable to receive your message at this time. Please try again later.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any ideas? &amp;nbsp;Also do we still have to install the cert for AOL???&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Have you bounced the Edge box, and if so (and the problem persists), you could either set your Remote Desktop settings to &amp;quot;Allow connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop,&amp;quot; or enable schannel logging (and engage Microsoft Customer Support) for further troubleshooting:&lt;/p&gt;
