I'm at TechEd and I'm super busy but when Scott dropped me an email I just couldn't resist checking taking some time out to play with this. Scott has setup Nant and BizTalk Server to work together undeploying, redeploying, starting hosts, stopping orchestrations etc.etc. all with ONE click from VS.  Although i had a couple of stability issues this is super cool.  Don't take my word for it go immediately to Scott's blog, download the nant and nantcontrib stuff and check it out for yourself:
