As Jesús (UDDI wizard developer of competition fame) figured out there are a bunch of cool things you can do with the WSE adapter.  His article here shows you how to use WS-Addressing dynamically with BizTalk Server and gives you some hints you can use for other SOAP based mechanisms. Very cool stuff.
