Outlook without religion is lame

Random musings from a Outlook/SharePoint CPR SEE at Microsoft.
What's in a title?

My title has been recently changed to Senior Support Escalation Engineer.  Given that I have served to the best of my ability in our Outlook/Exchange and SharePoint support teams for 5 years, I am quite excited and grateful to have a title with such distinction!

I don't have the "big head" over the title change; in fact, this is just another driver for me. I want to contine to better understand OS architecture, coding techniques, tools and any other methods by which I can help server our customers better!

Thanks for continuing to use Microsoft Products and Support. Your usage and stretching of our products encourage me to grow my skills so that I can help you better. And of course, watch the Gates/Seinfeld commercials when you can! They are funny, and indicate the true sense that we are geeks with senses of humor...
