Polyserve

I was presenting SQL 2005/2008 to HP customers this morning at HP offices in central London. After my presentation Nick from Polyserve was up. Polyserve were acquired by HP earlier this year. Polyserve provide a SQL Server database consolidation utility which can reduce TCO by up to 70%. The solution is based on their Matrix Server software which allows shared data clustering.

In a nutshell it can provide a scalable, clustered solution which will utilise available servers. I was impressed with the presentation / solution this morning. No wonder they won the Microsoft Technology award 2006 and are also finalists for the 2007 awards.
