John, the "My Tasks" webpart in the BoD site did not support anon access (for obvious reasons), so I had to remove the webpart in order for the site to load correctly.

Nick, the hyperlink for the Case Management template has been fixed, so click on it again to get to the download page.

I was very interested in these Fabulous template, especially the Timecard Management template. Unfortunately, this template is worse then the one that has been converted from 2.0 to 3.0. I have not seen the rest of these templates, but for the Timecard, I am disappointed.

I hope to see some improvements soon!

Thanks for the whitepaper. On page 46 I can read "We have provided sample code in the form of Web Parts, Web pages, and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 features that provide a simple user interface to allow an administrator to create a new user in the membership repository and automatically add that user as a reader to the SharePoint site. " Where can I find this samples?

Board Events are not allowing recurring events. The box is there, but it is greyed out. Is there some way to get around this?

It would be great if I could link bi-weekly board meetings to a meeting workspace and have the dates listed on the left just like I get when I link a recurring calendar event to a workspace.

Downloaded Timecard Template and I'm having a permissions issue. Although all permissions say they are inherited, Contributers cannot add new projects to the Projects list. I cannot find where to change this setting. They can add to all other lists except this one. Is there something in the code? It's driving me crazy!

Hi i try to use the site admin template on sharepoint services 3.0 in spanish, i upload the template by when i want to create a site the custom tab of template does not display.

I think that the language have some reason.

The template is on english and the sharepoint is on spanish.

Any idea?

I'd like to add my voice to the many comments above relating to finding the custom code and tools mentioned in the "Creating Shared Hosting Solutions on Windows SharePoint Service 3.0" document. Best as I can tell, no one outside of the authors know where these extremely useful code/tools are.

After a good bit of searching, I finally located the source code for the MembershipSiteAdmin.exe utility. It seems like it was left out of the beta 2 for SharePointHosters on codeplex. For those who are still searching, You should be able to find it here:

You will have to build the project to get the exe.
