Loved the post. Really excited to play with the new tools.

Do you know if there's any plan to enhance the discussion forum too? We've used SharePoint to build a new extranet for a client and we get a lot of requests to improve the discussion forums...

I know there is a project on codeplex (http://www.codeplex.com/SPFORUMS) but doesn't seem to have been worked on since V2. Are there other folks already working on enhancements to discussions in V3?

As a related aside, do you know of any good WSS developers in the NYC area looking for a job?

Please redirect me if this is not where I should post the below:

I have developed a custom web service. I want to deploy on the SP server. I find the physical path C:\Prg Files\Cmn Files\MS Shared\ws extns\12\ISAPI has all the .asmx, disco and wsdl files. This physical path is directly mapped to SP Central Administration website and Corporate website. I followed an msdn article on deploying custom webservice. When I goto Central Administration website I can download the wsdl of my custom webservice. But I get only a blank page when I view it from Corporate website.How can I make it available on the Corporate website?

Any ideas, please share.

This is very impressive, and accomplishes in pretty short order a good chunk of what we would've liked to be able to provide you in some form. Congratulations.

Now, wouldn't it be great, Lawrence, if we could extend what you're doing with tagging in the CKS by tying it into Tagspace, and so have a means to federate and aggregate all the individual blog clouds (as an option)? And wouldn't it be interesting if we could make the corporate blogging platform a SharePoint-powered beast?

Allan, SPForums 2007 (for WSS 3.0 and MOSS 2007) will be part of CKS 2.0. Bil has been extremely busy lately with his new child, but he has promised to make time to finish SPForums 2007 over the next few months. :-)

I have been exploring possibilities for E20 introduction to my company. Would be more then very nice to base it on existing SP infrastructure, as oposed to implementing 3rd party tools for which we have no skills nor experience.

Hi, I am trying to install wiki enancement toolkint to my sharepoint site. After I install and configure the solution (which doesn't show any error)I don't see the "wiki discussion board" in my Create page. What the problem might be?

Am I the only person in dire need of a wiki export tool? Could somebody provide me with an update on this much needed tool? As it stands, it looks like the only way that I can export content is to cut/paste from each individual wiki page which is complete nightmare from the customer's perspective.
