I am using zigime workspace and its quite good. Its quite different from Google Docs and office live though, but useful. I think it will take some time to become popular, especially among Groups but nowadays people are enjoying to do work in zigime workspace

Would like to see the ability to create a workspace email address (distribution list) that can be used for team communication. Also, notifications can be sent when docs are updated, etc.

Seems that basic SharePoint (office integration) functionality is present in OLWS. However, I think that MOSS 2009 or WSS Next gen will contain more of the functions of OLWS.
