So, I think I’ve discovered something weird here.  As far as I can tell, there are no ugly or overweight people here in Amsterdam.  It’s kinda weird – it looks like a living, walking, talking Nordstrom catalog here.  Everyone smiles.  The guys all look like rock stars, and the women are stunningly beautiful.  They must turn the less-than-perfects into Soylent Green Protein Bars or something…  Maybe they turn them into Tulip food…
