Locale Builder Beta 2 is Available

The long awaited Microsoft Locale Builder Beta 2 is now available for immediate download at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=e4588c5e-8f21-45cc-b862-38df8d9bd528&displaylang=en

So now you too can (again) make a Klingon or Hawaiian or Fijiian or whatever your favorite locale is for Windows Vista.

This is great. I've been waiting for this to come out so I can create one for Iloko. But, I've noticed a few bugs. Iloko for example doesn't have a 2-letter ISO code, but the app requires it. I hope that "IL" isn't used for something else.

When a 2 letter isn't available the 3 letter code can be used (ilo).
