I have two groups in my team one working as per PSP/TSP (Pioneered by Watt's Humphrey) methodology and other using Agile/XP ( work by likes of Martin Flower, Kent Beck, Bret Pettichord and others And Agile alliance). I was prompted to see how these two compare and contrast. First I was concerned that am I making a "valid" comparison?

At the same time I happen to read articles from Bret Pettichord who is a respected person in agile/XP and in software testing in general. I was pleasantly surprised by Bret's reply where in he termed this comparison as very "interesting encounter" and asked to me blog on it. In coming days I will be working on this and more updates on this soon
