Having been at Microsoft for about 3 weeks, I continue to be amazed with the vast amount of resources this place has. Take for instance, Walter Stiers blog post pointed out a taped lecture available of Malcolm Galdwell on Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking.
As a book lover, Microsoft Research's Authors2People Lecture Series is a gem of a find. Other than Malcolm Gladwell (The Tipping Point, Blink), this page comes with links to recorded lectures of great authors like Geoffrey Moore (Crossing the Chasm, Inside the Tornado), Neil Gaiman (Anansi Boys, Sandman), and other luminaries in the literary world.
Thoroughly enjoyable!
