Ugly, agile "babies"...that grow up to be solid, functional "adults"

I had to chuckle when I saw the title of one of my past team member's blog entries... ugly babies & agile development . Having had the opportunity to manage Mr. M and others like Wheatstraw I understand exactly where he's coming from. Bear with me
