Visual Studio Team System

I've been getting a lot of questions about Microsoft Visual Studio Team System lately.  It's new, it's very big and many people are just trying to get their arms around the impact that it will have to their current SDLC.  What does it do?  What doesn't it do? Where can I learn more?  So I did a little research and found a great reference for the role based questions:
