Microsoft Academy Mobile - Enterprise podcasting platform built on SharePoint

Currently this is only available for Microsoft employees internally.  It's quite an impressive customization built out completely using the SharePoint platform as a base.

We've had several customer requests to see this site, and we are considering using parts of it as a code sample.  Would that be useful to you?

I wonder, why isn't this application totally web based?  It seems like it would be painful to involve SharePoint.

you are missing the point - features included in SharePoint, search, web parts, etc...made the development time easier and faster--try it you'll like it!

I used SharePoint when it first came out and thought it had the versatility of a single blade Swiss Army knife.  So, I guess (once again) I’m behind the times.  I’ll take a second look, thanks.

This looks like a very impressive development - I would be definitely interested in having access to the code

I'd love to see some code.  The agency I work for wants to implement something similar.
