@Ivan - I do believe this phone will work well with WinMo 6.5, although (lazily) I haven't upgraded yet.  I don't about whether a particular vendor will have this phone or not, sorry I am not more help here.

you can download a facebook app (built by MS), link is on the phone, also my phone had the YouTube software included (if not you can download)
